Minimum Stay Requirements
In-Season
rates and/or minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays
and special events. These include but are not limited to: Valentines Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Weekend, July 4th
Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women's
Week, Fantasia Fair, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Holly
Folly Weekend, Christmas and New Years Eve holiday. Please inquire as shorter stays may become available.

Deposits and Payments
A
50%
deposit required for all stays of 3 nights or longer. 100% deposit for
1 or 2 nights. Deposits other than credit card must be received within
7 days of booking. Personal
checks are preferred and accepted for deposits only. Visa/MC/AMEX
and cash are accepted for balance upon arrival. |

| Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations or shortened stays will require at
least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full
forfeiture of your deposit. A cancellation fee of 10% of the
total cost of the stay ($50 minimum) will be assessed for all cancellations 21
days prior to the arrival date. Within 21 days of your arrival date we will refund your
deposit minus the cancellation fee only if the reserved room is re-rented. Deposits
on a reservation cancelled at any time prior to a stay over major holiday periods or any other special event
period are NON REFUNDABLE. All cancellation fees are subject
to tax in the state of MA.

Arrivals and Departures
Check-In
time: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm (please call for early or late check-in)
Check-Out
time for guests and their cars is 11:00 am. Late check-out may be arranged if available. |

Parking
Parking
is at a premium in Provincetown. There is limited parking at
Christopher's by the Bay. We will work to accommodate all guests
however parking may not be guaranteed. Please inquire when making your
reservation. We cannot accommodate trucks or oversized vehicles. Since
a vehicle is not necessary in town, please see our Getting Here page on alternate transportation to Provincetown. |

Pets
We have limited rooms available for pets. There is an
additional $20 per night charge for each pet. Please review our pet
policy below. If one of our pet-friendly rooms is not available,
please contact our local
pet resort at www.ptownpets.com. |
