There is a four night minimum for high season weekends (mid June to mid-Sept). In-Season rates and/or minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays and special events. These include but are not limited to: May/June/Sept/Oct weekends (2 nights), Valentines Weekend (3 nights), Presidents Weekend (3 nights), Memorial Weekend (4 nights), July 4th Week (5 nights), Bear Week (7 nights), Carnival Week (7 nights), Labor Day Weekend (4 nights), Columbus Day Weekend (3 nights), Women's Week (3 nights), Fantasia Fair (2 nights), Halloween Weekend (3 nights), Holly Folly Weekend (2 nights) and New Years Eve holiday (3 nights). Although we have minimum stay requirements at times, we often get 1, 2 and 3 night gaps between longer stays. Please check availability online.
The Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests and we work hard to foster that environment. Since it is not an appropriate environment for children, no one under the age of 18 is permitted at the Inn at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.
A 50% deposit required for all stays of 3 nights or longer. 100% deposit for 1 or 2 nights. Deposits other than credit card must be received within 7 days of booking. Personal checks are preferred and accepted for deposits only. Visa/MC/AMEX and cash are accepted for balance upon arrival.
As a small inn we require commitment to reservations. In the event you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or change your dates, your deposit will be returned (less a $75 cancellation fee per room) only if we receive notice a full twenty-one days in advance of your arrival date. Any such change within the twenty-one days prior to your arrival date will result in a refund (less a $75 cancellation fee per room) only if we are able to re-rent your entire reservation. Deposits for holidays or special events are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period reserved regardless of when the room is canceled. No refund can be made within the last 48 hours prior to 2p.m. on the date of arrival. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of MA.

Check-Out time for guests and their cars is 11:00 am. Late check-out or early check-in may be arranged if available.
Parking is at a premium in Provincetown. There is limited tandem parking at Christopher's by the Bay available on a first-reserved basis at a charge of $15/night. Parking is not guaranteed unless specifically requested and acknowledged in your reservation confirmation. We cannot accommodate trucks, vans, pick-ups, large cars or SUV’s or other oversized vehicles. Since a vehicle is not necessary in town, please see our Getting Here page on alternate transportation to Provincetown. Since we can no longer guarantee a parking space for everyone, we ask that if you have a large car, truck, van, SUV or plan to use your car, that you make alternate parking plans. There are several town lots nearby which charge a nominal fee; they are indicated by a large green "P" on this map link here.
We have one room available for dogs. It is the Picasso Room. There is an additional $20 per night for dogs staying with us. Dogs must be well behaved and get along with humans and other canines. The owner of any dog that disrupts other guests or causes any damage will be asked to remove their dog from the property. For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, our Inn is a completely SMOKE-FREE property. For your safety, we have a NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES policy anywhere on the property. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
